Help required with Hotels

I looked at that Hilton and read the tripadvisor reviews and a common theme was "funky smell" and feeling humid in the rooms. Have you experienced this?

Nope.


It *is* a convention hotel, and it can be very very busy in the lobby. The lobby can get very noisy. That hasn't translated to noisy rooms or hallways for us, but the lobby itself is a bit much for me. The elevators can get busy at certain times of day as well, so just pack your patient pants.

Omg, yes. The lobby can be crazy loud.

But we've also never noticed any smell and the splash zone and quick walk to Toy Story more than make up for a loud lobby to us. Just wish they had mini fridges in the rooms, that is a deal breaker for us for multiple night stays.

They have them. Maybe they are new (we had short stays there twice before but I don't remember the fridge status) but in July we had a 2Q room and there was a fridge.

Also, on their website they list "and refrigerator" in all the room listings.

Thank you -nice to know! They didn't have them last year for sure - we asked, they rented them for $25 anight. This puts Hilton into our hotel option rotation, yay!
