Help re mousesavers latest newsletter!

I guess this is a many repeated request but I have only just signed up for the aforementioned newsletter and now won't receive it until a couple of days before I go. Can anyone help me with a copy
I guess I should mention I am new on these boards too! hope I haven't crossed any boundries
