HELP-Question on borrowing points

If I have a use year of April and need to borrow points from 2007 for a trip in Dec. of 2006....when can I call and borrow the points to book my reservation?

You can call at the 11 month window.

If you're going in Dec '06 then you are either just into or just about at your 11-month window. When you call to make the reservation you can borrow the points at that time.

Thank you....that's what I thought but wasn't sure.
