I have never actually entered, but.. if i send in my form and everything.. how do i know that im registered???

Unfortunately, you will not know if you are registered. That is part of the problem with this. You will not receive notice that your registration went through.

Yeah, no notification email or anything.. i guess you would tell you didn't get entered was if you didn't get a flag after judgings
