Help, purchased JetBlue tickets through Cheaptickets..how do I

My flight is early thursday morning. i wanted to see what the process was for printing boarding passes from Jetblue since i have never flown with them. The Jetblue record number (the only one I have from Cheapticket) is not recognized as a confirmation number on the jetblue site, so I can not view my trip with them.... i have used Cheaptickets before so am not really worried I don't have tickets, just have to figure out how to get boarding passes. Does anyone know?

Just go to the airport and use one of the kiosks, or go up to the counter. How do you handle boarding passes with other airlines when you buy through this company?

I can't help much with printing boarding passes because I have never purchased thru cheaptickets. And because I have never had an issue printing from my home comp. when buying direct from JB. I did want to reassure you JB is a wonderful airline. All 6 of my family choose JB as first choice when we fly Boston to MCO.

Call JetBlue. They can give you the correct reference number.

Usually, the record locater # they provide is the confirmation number with the airline. I booked my flight home through Cheaptickets with Delta and this is the case. As a previous poster stated, I have to call JetBlue to get my confirmation number.

Op here. It turns out to be a problem on JetBlue's end. I called JetBlue and they gave me the record locator # that Cheaptickets provided. I had them check my reservation and it is correct. When i go to the JB website to view my trip, it won't accept my last name of confirmation #. At least i know we're good to go and will have to get our boarding passes at the airport. Thanks for the help.

I'd verify spelling of last name sooner thatn arrival at the aiport. Sometime the spelling is wrong and requires an authorized airline staff member to correct. If it is very far off it might be very tricky to correct on the spot. So take up the kind offer from the lurker/web search daemon from cheaptickets.

We once had international flight tickets with a malformed last name (names are often used in reverse order in Hungary) and it took extra time (and an extra line) to correct the name since they couldn't catch the travel agency due to time zone conflict. International departures is not the place to sweat or worry...
