Help pricing out tickets and transportation

We are regular Disney people (own DVC) so I feel like I know all the tips and tricks for tickets and transportation there, but I am having trouble figuring out the best (most economical) way to purchase our tickets and transportation to Universal. Here is our scenario:
Flying into Orlando, taking Magical Express to WDW, staying for 7 nights. Heading over to Universal in early January for 2 nights. We want to buy 2 day park to park tickets (I see now they have a buy 2, get a day free deal, which we could use for the morning we leave) and we will need transportation from WDW to our Universal Hotel (staying onsite) and then from our hotel to the airport they day we leave. I know Dreams Unlimited has a transportation option for service to and from WDW but I didn't know if anyone had arranged to have the second leg to the airport.

Can someone help me with the best plan? Thank you so much Universal experts! So excited for our first trip to Universal (we are HUGE HP fans).

There is a transportation sticky but I find just taking a cab works perfectly fine. It will cost you between $30 and $40 to get from Disney to Universal and $50 (with tip) to get from the hotel to the airport.

At the Universal hotels, they have town cars waiting. They cost a bit more than a cab.

It sounds like a cab might be the best option for our family of 4. Are the cheapest tickets to be found at Undercover Tourist? It looks like they are the cheaper than buying them direct, but I didn't know if there are other sites that offer them at a lower rate. Thanks for your help!

Undercover tourist is the cheapest.
