Help!! Priceline # where I can talk to a person?

I have a real problem with a reservation I made through Priceline in February (the hotel mistakenly cancelled it and said I have to contact Priceline to rectify the situation.) I tried emailing Priceline and got a generic answer back that shows they didn't even read my email. I know I've read on here where people "talk" to a Priceline rep. The two numbers I have tried are recordings and I cannot seem to find a way to get a live person on the line. (The numbers I've tried are: 800-657-9168 and 800-774-2354.)
