I've put in 3 claims for ppi to Egg, Barclays and Mint. Egg settled straight away. Mint I'm waiting to hear from but Barclays are claiming that they are going to fight it as I applied online and selected the cover.
My claim is that their cover would have been invalid as they didn't tell me that change of employment status made it invalid (employed to self-employed) and more importantly they didn't ask me about pre-existing medical conditions (which I have) which would have also made it void.
I've told them I will be taking it further but HELP!! Can anyone offer me advice PLEASE??? Dunno what to expect from Mint now
