Could anyone suggest a building in the Alligator Bayou area of POR?? We would love to be in a renovated/non-smoking building that isn't too far from the main building eventhough we have a standard view reservation. Not sure which would be a non-preferred building.

I know that the mansion areas are all finished being renovated but since we are three adults, we thought that we could use a trundle for the 3rd person (I know that they are small, but I am not very tall  )

Any sugestions would be appreciated  We arrive on Friday for our "Moms Only/No Dads or Kids Allowed" trip :cool1:

I don't know if it's been renovated yet, but bldg. 27 was great. We were in 2709 and it was about a 1 1/2 minute walk to the food court. I think it took 3-4 minutes to walk to the pool and about the same to the bus stop. It's non-smoking and on the inside of the resort (no parking lot views!). I would definitely stay there again. Have a great trip! --H

Bldg. 14 is the closest to the main building. The preferred rooms face the river so the standard rooms are on the other side of the building but no big deal. View is still nice with the landscaping and only about a minute walk around the building. That seams to be the only difference. I have never paid for preferred or requested it but I have asked for bldg.14 or 18 and have always been accomodated. You can take a look at the building map at wdwig.com. Have a great time!
