Help! Pop to Will Call to DTD

I just ordered our theme park tickets through the YES program. The confirmation says they can only be picked up at a Will Call window at one of the four major theme parks (TTC @ MK). After flying, we should arrive at Pop Century around 10:30 am. Our plan is to head straight to Disney Quest after checking in, but we have to get our tickets at one of these Will Call windows first. What is our best option? My first thought was to bus to MK, monorail to TTC, walk to POLY, and then bus to DTD. My second thought was bus to whatever themepark bus shows up first and then cab to DTD. Any better ideas?

The closest park to Pop is DHS and would also be the shortest cab ride to DTD approx 2.5 miles, and $8-$10 plus tip.
Perhaps only one person needs to go to the park to get the tickets and then meet the rest of the family at Disney Quest. Just a thought.

That's a good plan, considering that it's a 10-minute walk from the DTD bus stop to DQ anyway, and that the DTD bus might stop at TL at that hour.

There may not be any cabs waiting at DHS that early; the number to call for a cab is on signs at the DHS taxi stand.

If you want to save the cab fare, take a bus to CBR or back to Pop for the transfer, but it could take 45 minutes to an hour longer.

Thanks for your replies! I think I may consider riding the bus to DHS and then taking a cab to DTD. It might be worth the $10.00 (or plus) if it will save 45 minutes. I'd like to get to DQ as soon as we can. It will just be my two kids and I so they will have to tag along with me. I appreciate your help!
