hello- i have booked a package at POR dec3-6 and used the visa discount for free dining. Is there any room discount yet available to the general public- and doesnt require a pin? thanks

Check the disney website. They do have room discounts out for the public,but you can only use one or the other.

Just remember if you are using free dining you cannot also use a code. You will have to price it out and see if free dining or a discount will save you more.
