Help Please

I just got off the phone with the Disney Travel Comp.

I had an existing reservation for the ASmu Resort. That I Booked Online through disneyworld.com on 6/7, put down a deposit of $111.

Today, I booked a new reservation for the Contemp. booked online also through disneyworld.com and put down a deposit of $351.

I tried to cancel my res. for the ASmu Resort but they said I couldn't because i booked it through a Travel Agency??? I said 5 times to the CM that I booked it myself and she insisted that i didn't, and that it was already cancelled because there was no one in the travel party.

what is going on!?

Call back and talk to a different CM. Ask for a manager if you need to.

booking online is booking through a travel agency. You are not booking directly with Disney. You need to go back online and look for contact information.

Call back. The first CM you spoke with is mis-informed.

Just called. Everything is settled and the first res. has been Cancelled. I have no idea what that other CM was talking about. I guess it just depends on who ya get on the phone!
