Hello all,
Haven't been on here for ages,as I haven't been able to afford a trip :sad2:
However, I managed to get Eurostar tickets at a good price and have just booked Santa Fe through Expedia. I have always booked direct with Disney, but the offer on Expedia seemed very good. I am now concerned though and wondered if any of you lovely people can help.
The expedia offer includes 1 ticket, per person, per day. I am staying for 2 nights/3 days so I assumed that meant I would have a park ticket for each day,as is normal when booked with Disney.
I emailed Expedia and received a reply that doesn't make much sense and worries me even more. It said 'Please be informed that you are eligible for one Disney land ticket which you can avail any one day during your stay.' Avail??
I am reading it that I can only use a ticket on one day-is that right?
I have emailed back to say that if this is the case it is extremely misleading as it doesn't say one day,it says PER day.
Sorry for the ramble but I am really worried now and I know my friend won't be too pleased if I have to tell her. :scared1:
Any info from anyone who has used expedia and this deal, please help.
Thank you

if you have definitely booked under the offer for 1 ticket per person per day then the description is on the hotel description -

"Book a stay in an "incl.1 Ticket p.person p.day" rate plan category and receive 1 ticket per person, per day to both Disneyland Paris parks."

That, to me, is the same package as Disneyland offers themselves, ie a 3-day park hopper ticket from the day your arrive until the day you leave, both inclusive.

Print off the itinerary you've received, and the room description on Expedia's site, just in case there are any issues when you check in. I think it will be fine though :).

Expedia generally do tickets not included or tickets included at a much higher price. They have an offer on for 1 free ticket per booking which may be what you have signed up for. Is there any way you can make up your additional tickets with tesco vouchers? Otherwise you would need to buy tickets separately. It would be very unlikely for expedia to do a package (tickets included) for cheaper than disney, so that would probably be a good way of checking. Good luck!::MickeyMo

Thanks to both of you for your replies.

After four different emails and various replies to Expedia, some referring to Extra Magic Hours tickets :crazy2: I asked for my query to be escalated to Customer Relations.

Within an hour I had a reply, apologising for the incorrect information I had received and to be assured that I would receive a park ticket for each day I am staying at Santa Fe. Hooray!

Shame it took so much time and stress to get the correct answer  I don't think I will risk booking through anyone other than Disney in future.

Now I can look forward to my trip.Woohoo :cheer2:

Thanks again.
