Help Please!!!!

I am trying to organise my esacape wedding for Sep 2008, and I am completely confused and in need of help!

I really want a private wedding reception in a hotel for all my guests but after sending what feels like thousands of emails to hundreds of hotels I cant seem to get a reply from anyone.

I would also like Randy Chapman to do the photography at the wedding reception but without knowing the location let alone the time I cant even get that sorted.

Then Id like mine and my MOH hair and make up done but without a trial session im scared that I will end up looking like a clown!(I live in the UK and im not sure if I can get to Orlando before Sep)

Im just really worried that if I keep faffing about I wont be able to get anything booked and well...........im just having a meltdown!

Please, please, please if anyone can tell me where to start I would be forever grateful! I just really dont want to be running round like a headless chicken 3 days before I get married.

If you show up a few days before the wedding, you can schedule a trial makeup/hair session so your makeup artist knows exactly what you want on your wedding day.

As far as hotels, it's probably best to call, though that would be much more expensive for you. I know that through Grand Cypress, you can get the wedding for between $1600-$1900 (including a cake, not including a reception) and they have many locations to choose from.

As far as Randy Chapman goes, you should give him a call. If you have a specific date in mind, he can at least tell you if he is available or not. When I first booked him, I had no idea where my locations were going to be, but I knew what date I wanted. If he is available on the day, he will at least hold it for you until you get the other details sorted out. Good luck!

Are you emailing the Disney hotels or non-Disney hotels? If it's the former, the reason you aren't hearing back is that they aren't allowed to book wedding receptions independently of Disney's Fairytale Weddings Department.

DFTW offers something like three private reception options for Escape Weddings - Narcoosee's, California Grill, and Jiko's Wine Room, and you have to book through DFTW. Alternatively, you can make a reservation for a meal at any restaurant, but there are limited private-room options. However, several of the restaurants at Downtown Disney have private sections that are usually pretty empty in the middle of the day.
