i'm going through Disney withdrawls. :sad1: so here's my question, what do you do to help with the disney withdrawls? my family is talking about going again in Nov. but chances are i won't be able to go because i will be about a month away from college graduation, so it would be a really bad time to miss class. so with my family talking about, it just makes me sad :sad1: :sad1: :sad1: !!!! oh well, i'll make it through i guess lol.

I feel for you. My DH and I are talking about going to WDW next year. NEXT YEAR! :sad1: That's a long time away. Thinking about going in Oct. of 2008
Our last trip was last February that's almost a year ago. In the mean time to deal I read the board here, enjoy people's pictures of disney. And get ideas and slowly work on planning our next trip.

I visit the Disboards regularly, I get all of the newsletters from WDW, and I took hundreds of photos and am working on a scrapbook. Shopping for all of the supplies can really help the withdrawl, it is very addictive. My family went in December and won't be able to go again until December 2008, and it will probably take me that long to scrapbook all of those pictures. One other thing I do is watch Travel Channel, Discovery Channel, and Food Network for any Disney programs.

I'm feeling your pain.

My family has been worried about my "addiction" of anything and everything Disney. I try to watch Disney movies on a regular basis and I spend plenty of time on these boards. My family keeps saying they are going to have an "intervention" one of these days and they are planning to do it at Epcot!! :rotfl2:

I think I am having withdrawals right now, but can't imagine having withdrawals while everyone is talking about going on a trip WITHOUT me. That is just cruel. Here are some ideas:

1. Organize disney photos and compile montage on disk
2. Scrapbook
3. Make Autograph book/s
4. Plot on going on next family trip...and to get them to change dates

You need a graduation trip......A BIG ONE!!!!! I would start planning now.....you want it to be good, right??? Start making lists- who will go, what you will do that you didn't get to do last time (you know there is lots of that), etc.
Withdrawals will fade, esp. when the schoolwork piles up and you are too busy to think Disney. But when you need a break take out your planning book and get your mind OFF studies and ON Disney.
Have a good semester!!!!:woohoo:

I am in the same boat......but we are not going back until September 2010:sad1:

I read these boards at least 3 times a day, I am working on my scrapbook from our September 2006 trip (which will probably take me a year to do....over 900 pictures!), and we have a Disney movie night once a month to help countdown. We draw for what movie we will be watching so it is kind of fun not knowing until we draw what we are watching. Then I just sit back and dream of the past trip and the upcoming one.
