help please with Mickey head on black shirt

Hello. I am new to this site and am very inspired by all of the designs I've seen. We'd like to do a Mickey head on a black shirt and would appreciate any help out there. If you have other designs that you could suggest to go on a black shirt; we'd very much appreciate that. Thanks so much!
