HELP PLEASE! WHICH MIAMI HOTEL?

I have DVC points that need to be used and am doing an Interval Exchange but have never sailed out of Miami so PLEASE HELP! We are sailing into Palm Beach and renting a car because it is a LOT cheaper than FLL or MIA. Have seen good reviews of both Hampton Inn and Suites Brickell and Intercontinental Biscayne Bay. I know the Intercontinental is undergoing a renovation that is supposed to be done end of June 2023. We will be staying 2 nights in late June before cruise. I do have a couple of picky eaters--both young and 30 ish so need some fast food options for eating. Thanks for any advice on these two hotels.

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn Brickell twice and thought it was very good. We have eaten at the Mexican across the street and Chinese attached to hotel and both were good. There is a Starbucks within walking distance and some fast food options. The transit station is just across the street so easy to get around if you don't want to drive.

Did a short cruise on the Dream in September and stayed at the Hyatt Place Airport the night before. If I did it again I would do the Intercontinental. Have fun!
