Help Please! Trouble Customizing Magic Bands on MDE

We have resort reservations linked to MDE, we have park tickets purchased through Under Cover Tourist linked to MDE, and we have ADR's linked to MDE and all are showing up as expected.

Should we now not be able to select our magic bands and customize them on MDE? I thought we should be able to but in the "Magic Bands and Cards" section it is showing our magic bands with the only option to confirm our mailing address. Under the "Manage the Status of your Bands and Cards" section it is only showing our cards with the option of deactivating them (they are already activated). I have definitely linked our park tickets (the cards shown here) to the our MDE account, so I am confused.

Our 60 day fastpass+ window is in a couple of days - but we should be able to do this at anytime, correct?

Wondering if anyone confirm for us if:

a) I am doing something altogether wrong
b) The website is having a problem and not showing me the correct info and options
c)Do I have to wait until the 60 day fastpass+ window in order to customize bands?
d) Is there an issue with customizing magic bands for park tickets bought from Undercover Tourist?
e) Is there an issue with customizing magic band for Canadians?

You have to confirm the shipping address before it will allow you to customize the MagicBands.

Thanks, that makes sense and seems pretty obvious now that you mention it.

Unfortunately now when trying to confirm my address I get "Sorry there was a problem completing your request. We are unable to confirm your shipping address at this time, please try again later".

So I guess I will try again later.
