Help please! Scanning tickets on MDE

I bought my tickets from the ITR office today. I started scanning them on MDE app and after successfully loading 4 tickets it will not scan the rest. When I fill in the name for the ticket it will not let me select the age and the barcode looks frozen like it isn't scanning.

Anyone experienced this before or can give me any advice? This is my first time doing this, but it loaded the first 4 fine......
