Here is my problem...I made a request for a quote from dreams unlimited for WL in Dec. for a std. room. They sent me the quote but I havent given them a deposit yet - its on hold. I got home from work and realized AP rates were out. I checked my email and nothing so I get on the phone with disney and the only thing left is WL woods view - its still cheaper than my AAA rate so I take it. I emailed DU to see if they could secure std room and my TA sends me an email back saying AP rate was secured but when I look up my reservation under client services it still has my old AAA rate. Did I screw up my DU reservation by making one of my own? Does it take time for client service records to update information. I don't know what to do and DU is closed. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Michelle

But good luck and at lease you heard from them today. I'm still waiting to find out anything, If I even got the code app. today to my res. What would the cost be to upgrade to csr and can we get my DSIL in a package deal at the same resort as us. At least my DSIL and neices are going. :cheer2: Oh ya I guesse that means my DB will be there also. :rotfl2:

I don't know how the updated reservation info. works. I got an e-mail from my agent yesterday that she had secured the AP rate for me but it still hasn't updated on the reservation screen yet. I might e-mail tomorrow if I haven't heard anything from her but I am sure they have been really busy with all of the discounts coming out so close together along with the CP packages opening up yesterday.

I would just send your agent a quick note telling her about the other reservation you made "just in case" and asking how much deposit you need to send in to DU. I am sure she will get back to you and I doubt anything will change between now and when she e-mails you back so don't worry too much.
