Hi All
Hope someone can help. To cut a long story short it looks like we are dropping the flights from our travel agent package (deposit already pd) and booking them direct with VA. Our travel agent is trying to convince us that there will be an insurance issue booking seperately as opposed to a package. I thought the only extra security you had booking a package is if the company goes bust, is this correct? I am assuming that things such as flights being cancelled due to snow etc are no more likely to be covered via a package than seperately (we have annual travel ins at all times anyway and it is a fab policy).
Any help greatly appreciated before I press the button and save a few £.
Thanks All
Suzanne
