Help Please! Need phone number for DVC!

We still have not received our package which was sent on the 24th with our log on id - our agent is on vacation and can't find another number anywhere - on the dvc site there is an option to have someone call us but that option is blocked because we are in Alberta - we only have two more days to decide!

Good idea to call! We bought November 17 and just received our PIN numbers for the DVC website on December 28th. We already had our first trip booked before we got our pins!
