Help PLEASE! Mickey Ears/head /w Miss Piggy

Can anyone do a Mickey head with Nanna in Disney Font in the head, and 1st cruise in an ear and Miss Piggy beside the head for my mom.

Oh my...before doing a search for Miss Piggy images...I had no idea that she had so many that were so NOT PG!

I did manage to find two, though. One was a bit smaller and of a lesser quality then I normally use; but maybe one of these will work for you
