You will have to multiply the recipe, but this one works really well, and is a "grown-up" recipe, meaning that it isn't cloyingly sweet. It is also a white punch, so it doesn't stain if spilled.
2 2-liter bottles ginger ale (or dry champagne, for the alcohol version)
1 large can (abt. 40 oz) of pineapple juice
1 small can of frozen white grape juice concentrate
1 lemon, sliced (you can do this in a dispenser; they float.)
Just wanted to come back and say that I ended up using this recipe today and it was a HUGE hit! I couldn't believe that I had about 10 different people come up to me saying they loved this punch. It was so refreshing and not overly sweet.
