Help please fellow diser having melt down

I have been trying for three hours to buy something off of disneyshopping.com
I finely think i got all the info stright i have my card and my shipping and billing addy saved now.
i had to pick a new towle becouse dieering this time my other one was bought out and now not avalibule.
I found something i have to get my son for his bday i cant pass this up ive never seen it i have to get it.
and other things.
this is now the error im getting im wondering what it is if you know

omg I feel your pain, I was just trying to browse through the store yesterday and I kept getting errors. They need to fix that, I'm sure it's costing them a ton of money.

I bought some shirts off of them yesterday, everything was great until I tried to give my debit card number, I kept getting a message saying "Your credit card issuer will not let us accept a purchase of this amount." It was only $50 and we have plenty of $$ in our account (I checked with the bank and everything) Finally I called their 1-800 number and gave my order over the phone. It was kind of a pain because I had to read ALL the order numbers to the operator (we had ten items) but in the end my order went through.....

AND I got to hear the CM on the other end say "Have a Magical evening".....

hummm im thinking of calling and trying it that way but i really didnt want to have to do that and go though explaning my self again about my dads card and my money..grr every one always asks. when it works on line its fine but when i call i always end up telling the whole storie..they say oh ok ya thats cool but god i have to explain it enough to bill ppl lol (who by the way wont take money when trying to pay bill..lol how funny is that. youd think they want the money any way they can get it lol)

I feel your pain...this is nothing new unfortunately. I've "heard" people complaining about the shopping site for a year now. I too have had problems ordering.

well i called and the lady was so nice and helpful it seemed like everything went though i hope it did i have my dad down as his billing addy and me down as shipping she said no problem. and it shouldbe here soon hehe

god then i just have to keep my self from giving him the toy set before his bday lol
tho it should be all good.
she said it was happening alld ay yesterday and now today and she is so sorry for the trouble.
