HELP PLEASE- autograph covers don't seem to work

Hi everybody... I am hoping you can help me figuring out the issue I have.
A while ago I requested a cover and back cover for a 5 x 7 autograph book for my daughter.
I am not quite sure who I got them from because the person I thought it was does not seem to be active on the board anymore.
anyway the file is in PNG image and I think I need a JPEG. I am doing the book via shutterfly but the pictures don't show to be able to download to shutterfly.
Does someone have an idea what is happening?

be aware.... Shutterfly often turns requests away (as they should) since it is a violation of Disney copyrights for them to profit from use of Disney images

Just in case you still need the info:
You can convert the file to jpeg quite easily. Open the file in a paint or photo shop program, select save as, where the file type shows there will be a drop down list use this to select jpeg and then click save. hope this helps.

Yes...you made some of our designs for our shirts 2 years ago my children loved them! So I am looking for some new stuff for our trip next month. So EXCITED!!
