Help planning for Orlando December 23-30

Our family is visiting Orlando at Christmastime this year (23-30). I understand it is very crowded that time of year. We are not going to Disney, but want to go to Discovery Cove, Sea World and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure. It will be our first time at each park.

What would be the best day(s) for each park? I'm assuming we'd want at least two days for USO/IOA, but advice would be welcome. The roller coasters aren't a high priority, which I hope will help us avoid the worst lines.

Here are the days and dates we'll have for the parks:

Saturday/24th
Sunday/25th
Monday/26th
Tuesday/27th
Wednesday/28th
Thursday/29th

I would say to go to IOA / US on weekdays as it may be less crowded. Although it is xmas break for the school kids, weekends are generally busier. You might want atleast 3 days for US/IOA, one day at each park, and the 3rd to visit what you missed or favorites.

That's a good plan although it's busy no matter what day you visit during that time.

I just wondered because I saw somewhere that the parks tend to be slower on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but since they're on Saturday and Sunday this year, I didn't know what the effect would be.

On the actual holiday it's usually slower. But, the week after Christmas is CRAZY busy!

Christmas eve and Christmas day are usually not busy but the day after Christmas through Jan. 1st are really busy.

Yeah, I figure X-mas and X-mas Eve wouldn't be busy even though it is Saturday and/or Sunday due to people being at home with the family in the local area, but possibly would pick up during the afternoon hours when families would want to spend time together. Just a guess, though.
