Help picking park days

Fiancé and I will be in Florida for 12 nights next September/October for our honeymoon. We will be getting off our cruise the morning of Saturday 9/30 and we have 4 nights/4 park days at WDW. We have a couple of options for park days

Option 1:
9/30 AK
10/1 HS
10/2 Epcot
10/3 MK (party day. Closes at 6) dinner at DS

Option 2:
9/30 AK
10/1 HS
10/2 MK (non party day)
10/3 Epcot

Option 2:
9/30 MK
10/1 HS
10/2 Epcot
10/3 Rope drop AK and leave at 2 for rest and go back for MNSSHP

I like option 3 also . AK is a morning park for me . The safari is better in the morning and it gets super hot later in the day . I think it fits best on your last day . We have been dying to go to MNSSHP but haven’t been able to yet . It will be really special on your honeymoon! Best wishes !
