Hey all. Have to push our Nov trip into Jan. Bummed because we will have to give up our bounceback 35% off at POFQ. Never gone in Jan. The weeks we have to choose from are Jan 10-18 (includes Marathon weekend) or Jan 24- Feb 1. I know the 2nd will have lower crowds, but the first week fits our schedule a bit better.
My questions are:
1) Are there room only discount blackouts over Marathon weekend? (this would be a deal breaker)
2) How much of a crowd bump/transportation hastle is marathon? (Easywdw seems to indicate crowd effect is minimal compared to Columbus day weekend).
3) Any major ride closure differences known at this time?
