You didn't say who the birthday dinner is for but from your resturaunt choices I'm assumming it's for an adult -- if this is the case I totally recommend Citrico's at the GF. Went for my anniversary one year and both the food and the service were excellent! They even wrote "happy anniversary" in chocholate on our dessert plates.
