Help! Phillips GoGear 30 gb MP3, how do you sort music?

Hi!

My DH bought me a Phillips GoGear 30 gig MP3 player, HDD6330.

I like it, but am not sure how the music is getting sorted on it. I have all my music sorted by folders on my comptuer by what type they are, rock, pop, etc. and then by artist. When I put them on the mp3 player, all my sorting is gone. I have tried doing the sync with Windows Media Player and manually copying them over with Windows Explorer. The musc is getting copied, but they are not arranged in folders the way I had them.

Does anyone know of a way to have them sorted the way I want them on this thing?
