Help! Paypal question

Does anyone know if I can add my mothers credit card to my paypal account? She wants to buy something on ebay that ends today. She does not have a paypal or ebay account. So I was going to bid on it for her and if I win it, I would need to pay with her credit card. Can I do that?

you can pay for the item with her cc using paypal - she does not need a paypal account to do so.
