Help- park pass shows in MDE but not .com

Hello,
I logged onto desktop to change a reservation for next week, and noticed none of my park passes are there. They are on the app, MDE. Should I be concerned or just more glitches? I am a passholder staying at Swan… thanks in advance. Of course I’m on hold to inquire but not sure what good that will do, my passes do show on MDE.

Yeah, these things seem to pop up occasionally but resolve themselves quickly, like the system has refreshed itself.

For the benefit of others, still no explanation as to why I can’t see some of them on the website, but does appear that the system booked some passes under my annual pass, versus others under my hotel stay allowance, and somehow that is driving the difference. Oh well, screen shots of all and will go from there.
