Help! Park pass limit reached?! I only booked 3 days for an 8 day trip

We renewed our APs (via DVC) and booked a trip for March 2022.
Went in to book theme park reservations for our 8 day trip and it only let me book 3.

Can someone explain what's up? This is unusual to me.

If you are staying at a Disney hotel, you are probably pulling from the AP bucket, which allows 3 reservations, and not the Disney hotel guest bucket. You’ll need to call and get it sorted.

I was about to say this. If your resort stay is linked it shouldn't be a problem. I'd booked 3 park passes last month, and just reserved my room today. I linked it to my MDE account and added more park passes, no problem. Good luck!

This. The AP 3 park limit is for non-resort guests. If you have a resort reservation you can book all the days you are staying onsite, no limits. You can get into a situation where AP can get into a park and resort guests can’t, then you’ll need to call. But if your trip is linked to MDE, you shouldn’t have to call. If none of what I said makes sense, definitely call anyway.

I know it’s a bit of a bummer especially for locals like me (have one reservation late July one mid October and trying to synchronize families schedules to try to book magic Kingdom in the brief window between silver blackout ending & September 30th to see HEA one last time )
