HELP! Order now (free shipping) or later (possible sale)?

Hello,

I have a question about an order from the Disney Store. I figure I can get some good advice from you all here.

DS wants to be a Red Power Ranger for halloween. I am going to order this on-line at the DisneyStore.com b/c I can get the 50% off and it isn't even on sale at the DS in the mall. If I didn't buy anything else, I would still have to pay shipping, but it would still be way cheeper.

Now my big question is this. DS wants the Power Ranger Race Track for Christmas. It is $69.00 regular price. I am trying to decide if I should order it now w/ the costume and take advantage of the free shipping, or wait until closer to Christmas and see if it goes on sale? I know last year they had some good 1/2 sales in the mall DS, but I am not sure about on-line.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom about this? I would really appreaciate them.

I've learned my lesson - order it now.

I wanted to get the JoJo costume for my daughter. I was waiting until it went on sale, well too late, they are all gone. I could still get one if I am willing to pay over $100 on Ebay (which I'm not).

I have ordered things from disney online and if it goes down within either 2 weeks or maybe even 30 they will give you an adjustment. Just email them or even try calling. I have done that twice this year so far. Good luck. with the Holloween2004 code posted here you can also get 10% more off. So the 69.00 item would also be less 6.90. Hope this makes sense.

Thanks, for the info colieibrd and granmanh603. I am going to buy the costume and I am still debating the race track. I am trying to get my mom to order some stuff too, in case I don't.

I found something strange though, the race track in the catolog is Buzz, but the only one they show on line is the Power Rangers. DS would be happy w/ either, but I would rather get him Buzz. I wonder if I can order Buzz online?

I am going to talk to DH about the race track.
