Not Disney related but I am soooo FRUSTRATED. Back in December I ordered furniture they promised me it would be in before Christmas, well it came in alright with a massive cut in the entire tabletop and 4 chairs that were the wrong color and there were supposed to be 6. This was no cheap set, I ordered a CANNADEL. Well just today the new replacement one came and guess what it is scratched and the chairs are dinged up. To make matters worse they are accusing me of taking 2 of the original chairs. I told them that I only received 4 of them and after about 4 phone calls of harrassing me, they stopped. Now they say they have to inventory their warehouse and they will get back to me. They said I signed the delivery form stating I had the chairs, and in my naive nature I did sign it, but you need to remember I had my old set in the kitchen with the new table 3 guys overlooking everything and 4 new chairs, plus I just couldn't beleive how bad they screwed it up. I explained countless times today I never had the 2 additional chairs but now it is my word against theirs. I asked them how they plan to fix my predictment I have been making payments on furniture that is wrong and now I won't get my new set until after Easter. I am nervous about this because what are they gonna make me pay for chairs I don't have? ANy suggestions or help to this matter would be appreciated, I am stressed out I don't want to pay an additional 600.00 for chairs I don't have and who knows they could be right now sitting in the delivery mans kitchen.
