Hi All,

Not sure why, but I'm getting different results on what my 60 days onsite window is...

We arrive on 14th October, but when I check the online calculators...

The DIS (using the ADR calculator) and WDW Magic say 14th August
The Dibb and The Mouse For Less say 15th August

I remember having this situation last year, and I don't know if it's something to do with me being in the UK, but when others checked for me they could actually see it as a date earlier than I did on The DIS - hence I thought I'd check again this year!!

Just in case I’d be ready for both! Count it as good practice if you’re a day early.

Try starting at your check-in date and counting backward.

It should also say in MDE when your window will open.

Was hoping to avoid some manual maths, haha!

Where on MDE does it show you? We have active annual passes, so technically we're already open for a 30 day window, but as we're staying on site there'll be the 60 day window still to kick in...

I asked Siri and she says 60 days before 10/14/18 is 8/15/2018.

I’ve largely stopped messing with online calculators, Siri always sets me straight. :-)

Open and log in to your Disney Profile then click on MDE when it appears in the top right hand of the navigation bar. MDE should then open up your welcome page and the first thing that it shows is a welcome box followed by a "My Plans" box which shows how many days are left before you arrive. Below that are the options for booking FP+s, Dining and setting reminders. The FP+ option only becomes available on the 60 day out time and, if you are in the UK, not until mid-day on that day. If you are not sure which date counts as the 60th day then just check and see if the FP+ option is active. For us it was exactly at mid-day on the day when MDE said 60 days to go.

There's likely not a way to say this that doesn't sound rude, so I apologize, that's not my intent. But you could have had your answer in the time it took someone to reply had you counted it out.

The OP’s question has been answered with help by many posters and especially by Siri. ;)
