Help on dining plan please

Ok, I need some help. It will be me, hubby, and our boys ages 5 and 9. We are crazy and going Easter Week, March 23rd-28th. I've decided to try the DDP and I am trying to plan so I can call and maybe get some ressies. We are staying at OKW (we are DVC'ers) and only want to eat at the parks and there. Boys like spending most of the time in the parks. Except maybe first day there.

I am trying to plan based on early and late magic hours, so here is what I was thinking. Never eaten at any of these except Coral, so any and all type comments are helpful. And Q's might just be whatever we are close too, but a plan never hurts!!!

Here goes what I am thinking:

23rd: check in. MK at night.
Lunch: Q where??
Dinner: Olivias (or should we eat at MK? maybe Liberty Tree?)

24th: Hollywood at 8 am. AKV for evening.
Lunch: Playhouse Disney Play n Dine
Dinner: Q at HW or AKV????

25th: MK @ 7am, end the evening at Epcot.
Lunch: Q at MK where???
Dinner: Crystal Palace @ MK

26th: AK at 7am, end evening at HW
Lunch: Q @ AK where???
Dinner: ??????? AK or HW??

27th: MK @ 7am, end day at Epcot
Lunch: Q @ MK
Dinner: Coral Reef

We really don't like most CS places, but in AK we do really enjoy Pizzafari. The italian sandwich is really good and the restaurant theming is really cool. It is the only CS request my son had for our upcoming trip.

In the MK, we do like Pinnochio Haus, especially if you can get a seat overlooking SW.

How about Yak & Yeti for dinner at AK? We haven't tried it yet and have read mixed reviews, but we are usually up for something new.

If you have olivias for the 23rd hold onto it..that is Easter Sunday.You may find something else, you may not...

What about if I did breakfast at AK at the Safari Breakfast at Tusker? Is it worth it or am I better off using the early momring hour for rides?

That is a personal preference..Personally, considering how busy easter week is I would rather eat something quick in the room and use early morning for the parks

This is a great website detailing menus at all Disney restaurants is allears.net. Check it out for some other options to the original restaurants you wanted. A couple suggestions: at MGM, Momma Melrose is a surprisingly good sit-down restaurant; at AK, Flame Tree BBQ is a great counter service restaurant.
