Help- no room ready message

Our flight was scheduled to land at 11:21 pm. We are staying at All star movies (first time here in a long time- usually we stay at Pop, art of Animation or Riverside resort). Never had an issue with not receiving a room ready text or email, and never had a magic Express like that before either- maybe it is a resort issue or maybe just time time I arrived- or I guess it could be just stinky luck.
