HELP!! Never booked ADR's before...

My boyfriend and I are off to WDW 23/09 - 05/10 and we are staying off-site. How do I book any ADR's we would like? I dont even know how to go about it such as whether I need to contact are Thomsons to get information to provide to Disney so we can book them.

Im really sorry if this has been asked on here already.

You can book over the phone by calling 001 407 939 3463.

Or, if you have a Disney confirmation number, you should be able to book online at www.disneyworld.com

Not a silly question, If you have never done it before

Anyone can book a reservation from 180 days out - you don't need any special reservation numbers etc.

Go online of the official disney website and click on where to eat. Under that is a place to make dining reservations online.

Or give them a call - this is a freephone number. They open from 12 noon daily.

The ladies who answer the phones are usually very helpful.

You do need to give a credit card number for some reservations eg character meals. You don't need to pay now just so that they can take a cancellation fee if you fail to turn up. A couple of meals like CRT in the castle you will be asked to pay for now.

If you do want any meals onsite it is well worth making a reservation. Free dining is running for US visitors the time you are there so places do book up. You may get a walk up but no guarantees.

The reservation number thing is just for people staying at disney. If you are staying on property you get a perk of being able to book for the whole trip at 180 days out.

there has been some difficulty getting booking refs to work online.

i've just called and made a few reservations - very straightforward.

Apologies, I didn't realise you weren't staying on site. In that case, you can definitely book online. You won't need a confirmation number but will need to provide your name and a contact number when you make a booking.

Yes you can book online or ring them.
