help needed

Afternoon!

Is there anyone that has miss placed there reference booking number,my youngest son has deleted the emails with all the information with our booking ref number and I have no idea what to do!
We booked through Disney uk online and paid our deposit can't access the account to pay it off! Phoned the number that was on the site and there saying they don't have our booking!!!
Getting worried since they have took our deposit I have all that information.


What do I do?

Have you checked if you have a deleted e mails folder? I would e mail Disney with evidence of the date the deposit left your account. They should be able to trace the money and work from that.
