I would welcome any advice as this is our first time, so I don't know what I'm doing!;)

The only thing I would say is you may want to avoid Epcot in the Evening at Weekends during Food & Wine. It will be really busy as it is very popular with the locals. I would schedule for midweek and even make use of the PM EMH there are WS really is stunning at night.

Oh yes - I hadn't realised I'd put Epcot on a Saturday - will need to shuffle that. What is WS?:confused3

Agree with Elise.

I picked Teppan edo for a Saturday during food and wine without thinking. It was super busy fighting our way in and it felt a bit like arriving late at a party/only driver at a party.

Good choices and a nice mix of breakfast/lunch/dinner.

Have you got a back up in case hoop de doo shuts for refurb or be our guest not open? Both are on my list but i'm not sure what to do instead.

I've swapped Epcot out of the Saturday and put it mid-week. I'm thinking Of Chefs de France instead of Be our Guest. If Hoop de Doo isn't open, I'll be back trawling the menus. Not sure which character breakfast to do on our last morning. A lot of people are recommending Tusker House instead of Chef Mickeys / Park Fare.:confused3

Tusker is lots of fun but I do have a soft spot for Chef Mickey's.

Don't think you can go wrong either way.

Think I saw somewhere that HDDR is closed when we go - you look to be going the same time. Not 100% but you may want to double check :goodvibes: other than that it looks amazing.

EPCOT is busier at weekends for F&W but it wouldn't stop us going if those days suited us best. Just a lot of merry people but nothing like a UK town on a Saturday night.

That's a really nice selection - did you say how many people and what ages in your group?

It might help people with comments

It's 2 adults and 3 children, 12, 8 and 5. I want the 'experiences' of Disney dining as much as the food. None of us like seafood and I'm a vegetarian.
