Help needed to resize this DISisgn of MIlliepies PLEASE

I pulled these from Milliepies 4shared files, they were on a DISign with 3-4 other MIckey Heads so the images are small and not full size to do for one shirt, but I need them on the shirt singlely (not sure that is really even a word!) When I put them on my PSE program and enlarge them to be big enough they are distorted and not crisp and clear like they are here. Is there anyone who can either tell me how to do it my self or give me a hand in enlarging them so I can put names on them. Or Milliepie~ if you happen to be around do you have them somewhere as large blanks that I could get ahold of?

you can't enlarge them without making them blurry unless you have specialty software to do so. you may want to look for Milliepie on the cruise forum and see if she can do for you

As a courtesy most DISigners do NOT use (redesigning) other DISigners work.
Millie is not currently DISigning on this forum.
I have seen her post on the cruise line forum.

Thanks I will check the other thread posted. And i understand not to take or reDISign someone elses work but Millie gives permission on the meet the DISigner sticky,as long as she gets credit for the original or I would have never asked, the last thing I would want to do it to offend one of the great DISigners!
