Help needed saving files in Outlook

We fear our main hard-drive is about to crash. We have a second hard-drive on board but want to save as much as possible to disc before transferring. I successfully saved everything in My Documents (for my own user) to one disc, but now I want to save emails and my calendar but can figure how to save it in case we need to reinstall Office 2003.

Do a search for a file that ends in pst. Do *.pst. That will be your mail file. (Calendar and contacts in the same file).
