Help Needed - Rent Vvacation Home Or Get Hotel

We are planning a rushed trip to WDW on April 13 to April 18. We have a party of 7 and we were not able to get the rate that we wanted thru priceline. I went to hotelmartusa.com and I found that they had Houses for rent. Here is the actual name of the company - All Walt Disney World Area Vacation Homes
Disney Area - Anyone ever heard of them? The rate of these homes - sleeps 8 - 125.00 per night. Is that a good price?

Has anyone ever used a home like this? What was good about it and what was not very good about it? We want something that is not "cheap" but yet we do not want 4 stars. Are these homes better than a a one star hotel?

This is the first time I have been to Disney this time of year. How bad will the traffic be coming and going to the parks?

Please help! Any advice will be appreciated!!!

I can't help with the rental company you mentioned but I'd suggest you look at several and check availability right away. Since your dates are during the Spring Break timeframe, availability may be limited. Once you see what is available it may help you make your decision.

I would definitely look into vacation home rental. It's a great way to accomodate a large group and stay withing a very reasonalbe budget.

Although I haven't rented from this company specifically, I can tell you that I enjoyed my vacation home experience as much as staying on property.

WE stayed for the first time in a vacation home in September 2002. There was 6 of us (three adults, three boys). It was GREAT. We bought food, and ate a lot of meals in the house. We had our own private pool, and could go swimming when ever we wanted. I would Definately recommend staying in a home. We may be going back this year again (the 6 of us), and we will be staying in a house as well. Goodluck!
