Help Needed Please On Cakes And Things To Arrive In Your Resort Room????

Hi!
Can anyone direct me to who I need to contact for chocolate covered tuxedo strawberries and champagne to be in our room upon arrival? We are staying at the GF, so who do you contact there? Do they have a special number to call? Also, for birthday/anniversary cakes for a particular place we have reservations for, does that place provide the cakes upon request with you purchasing them obviously? Who do you call? I have contact info for like arrival gifts for the kids and balloons but wasn't 100% sure on the strawberries, champagne and cakes. Any input you could provide would be appreciated. THANKS!

We are eating at 1900 Park Fare for dinner and I wanted to have an anniversary cake surprise for hubby and the cinderella slipper for me and dd and is there a "special" dessert for a boy? I've heard something about dogbones but not sure what these are. Does anyone have a picture of the slipper or the bones dessert? Thanks a bunch

When I ordered a b-day cake for my dad when we stayed at the Poly, I had to call the Poly directly and ask for the food services I think it was. Just tell the operator that answers at the GF that you need to talk to someone about ordering those things for your arrival. They will know where to send your call.

1) Food, baskets, gifts, etc will not be in your room before/at arrival.
2) if you stay Club Floor, this sometimes can be done - otherwise no.
3) There are too many reasons it might not be you room.
. . . mechanical problems
. . . not enough maids and the room is "left dirty"
. . . the room was given to someone else who checked-in earlier
4) If someone else got your goodies, it would be embarrassing

5) For goodies delivered
. . . for the resort, call the Room Service folks
. . . for cakes, call the Cake Line
. . . for *most* restaurants, call the eatery 24-48 hrs in advance
