Help needed on Resort change

I made a grave error and forgot to put my down payment on our 12/6 - 12/13 Value resort free dining reservation. Needless to say we lost the reservation and have re-booked at the Fort Wilderness Cabins for more than double the value resorts. I have been calling twice a day for the last 8 days as well as checking the disney site. No luck yet... I've learned Pop Warner has blocked out many rooms for that week. A cast member has told me there's a good chance Pop Warner will be releasing rooms soon. What are my chances on booking a value or moderate? Is there something else I could be doing?
