Our last scheduled trip, grad present for DS, was March 2020 and it was cancelled because Disney closed!
He is now graduating college, so I thought would be perfect time to go again, Looking at January 2023.

I have never booked a trip last minute like this and I heard that soooo many things changed, it a bit overwhelming. Is Disney back to normal?

- do we still need to reserve parks ahead of time? Am I too late?
- no more fast pass, we need to pay extra for fast pass?
-what the best way to get from MCO to resort if we don’t want to rent a car?

What else is different or I should know?

TIA

Yes to park reservations. Go look for those now.

In terms of transportation, there are lots of options. Uber/Lyft, Mears Connect, Sunshine Flyer, car service.

SO MANY THINGS have changed.
READ UP and keep researching.
#1 to do though soon is to make park reservations for all the days you want to enter. ( imo this absolutely sucks but reality that it is, you MUST get it done)
