Help needed for timing out a few things?

I still can't believe i have question even though i've done this twice. I'm most likely going to take a towncar to the port and i want to be there early so that i can get the resv. i want what is a good time to be there by? I also want an early start at WDW the day we dissembark what time should i tell them to pick me up at and where do they pick you up? This is the first time i've used a towncar to get to the port so thank for the help.

We arrived for last week's cruise at the Port around 10:10 AM. Then you enter the terminal and get in line for document check in. After that, you can get in line for getting on the ship (embarkation started around 11:45 AM). We were probably 50th in line which was more than good. Acutally we didn't even need to be that early, but it certainly didn't hurt. I went straight to Rockin Bar D to get Palo ressies (got everything when I wanted it no problem & took 5 minutes), wife went to get spa ressies (took about 10 minutes) , registered the kids with the kids rooms (10 minutes), and we were eating the buffet at Topsiders by 12:30
