help needed for an october trip

Okay here's the situation we're currently arriving october 29th on a friday and leaving november sixth on a saturday. My question is this, does anybody know about anything that's going on i need to worry about, in terms of refurbishments on any rides or any parks or pools or conventions . Other than typhoon lagoon which i know is closed is there anything else i should be aware of? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

The only thing I know that is going on is MNNSHP during that time. It may be pretty crowded.
